This notice describes how Elia Studio processes personal data in this Nemrut instance.

1. Controller

Elia Studio is the controller of personal data processed in this deployment. The instance runs on infrastructure controlled by Elia Studio. Elia Studio supplies the Nemrut software. Elia Studio is not the operator of this workspace.

2. What we process

Depending on how you use Nemrut, this may include: account identifiers (name, email, role), authentication data, usage logs, documents and prompts you submit, and generated outputs stored in the workspace.

3. Why we process it

To provide the internal workspace, keep it secure, administer access, and (where enabled by Elia Studio) understand adoption and usage inside the organisation. Legal bases are typically the employment or contractor relationship and Elia Studio's legitimate interest in operating a secure professional tool, plus any basis required by local employment law.

4. Where data stays

Data processed in Nemrut stays in this deployment. It belongs to Elia Studio (or to the party that already owns the underlying content). It is not used to train public AI models.

5. Who can see it

Authorised administrators and colleagues of Elia Studio, according to access rights. Technical subprocessors chosen by Elia Studio for hosting or operations. Elia Studio only if Elia Studio grants support access under contract, and then only on Elia Studio's instructions.

6. Retention and your rights

Retention follows Elia Studio's internal policies. You may exercise GDPR (and equivalent) rights through Elia Studio: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, within the limits of employment and security rules. Contact: administrators of Elia Studio.
