These terms govern use of this Nemrut instance (software: Nemrut). They apply between you and Elia Studio, which operates this deployment.

1. Who operates this instance

Elia Studio operates Nemrut on infrastructure it controls, for its own authorised users. Elia Studio supplies the Nemrut software. Elia Studio does not sell this instance as a public service to you.

2. Who may use it

You may use Nemrut only if Elia Studio has authorised you (for example as an employee, contractor, or other permitted user). Access is not a consumer subscription.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials confidential. Use Nemrut only for authorised professional purposes. Do not upload content you are not allowed to share. You remain responsible for professional decisions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; you must review it before you rely on it.

4. Data and content

Content you put into this instance stays on this deployment and belongs to Elia Studio (or to the third party that already owns it, such as a client of Elia Studio). Elia Studio does not acquire ownership of that content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break security, probe other accounts, or use Nemrut for unlawful purposes. Do not reverse engineer the software except where mandatory law allows it.

6. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is described in the privacy notice. Cookies and similar storage are described in the cookie notice.

7. Availability and liability

Nemrut is an internal tool. Elia Studio may change, suspend, or withdraw access. These terms do not replace your employment or contractor agreement. Mandatory law is not limited.

8. Changes and contact
